I want to explain a little about these words. When I was in Chamber Choir at Weber it was (and still is) tradition for us to sing this song at the annual Christmas concert at St. Joseph's Cathedral. So, after singing this song for 5 years, I came to know the words well and absolutely adore the song. This year I was able to go to the concert as an audience member for the first time since my sister was in the choir, which was about 16 years ago. It was so wonderful. Nothing gets me into the Christmas spirit like beautiful Christmas music. They didn't have this song on the program, but Dr. Henderson added it in when he found out people were not happy about it not being sung. As the choir sang, I sang along with them in my heart and mind. The words touched me once again, and I had to share them with all of you.
